Jacob Hawley is a fantastic comedian and absolutely crushed in the studio, from therapy to war crimes this one is going down in history. 

Bonus episode. After Elliot gets an accusation of being racist he addresses it on a podcast he drunkenly booked at 2am. This episode is about practicing stoicism and forgiving. We all mess up from time to time and although we take the p*ss on here it's all love and also because we couldn't get refunded for the studio.

Host of the good the bad and the ugly podcast Idominik Efeotor tells us about why the Met is in crisis, but also what a great job some police officers are doing. The last twenty minutes of this one he tells us the wildest story about his own arrest. Why did it happen? We'll let you be the judge.

With Elliot away on a snowboarding trip. (But still has to upload this podcast at 2am because Mike refuses to do it himself but will still message me pointless stuff about his day) fan favourite Bella Hull steps in to co host and smashes it with the brilliant and insightful Athena Kugblenu as they talk starting out as a stand up and parenting. 

Abs came in and provided Elliot and Mike with the biggest laughs they've had in the studio. This is a GOAT episode. Buy his hot sauce it's actually banging.
